Medium sized house - a little visit @ <phtm>

The infamous Hot Sauce (server first Coil T5 win) invited me to his FC house yesterday. They have a medium sized house, and I think that's what we should go for. Here is some nice pictures.

Why I changed my mind and want house in Limsa. It's by far the best-looking place for housing.


So yeah. The house had 3 floors. The medium size plots go for around 25m. We sohuld aim for that.

I'm kinda wondering what you can do with a house still, in XI you could have a garden and certain furniture gave you certain boosts.

What's so special about a house in XIV?

I'm hoping the ones in Gridania overlook a lake or something. I'm not much of a beach person, lol.

Also are the Garuda sofa and Coil table craftable, or are they drops or tome items?

It's all about the house in Limsa

Limsa is nice but the house looks bare and I actually think after seeing the plot tom was looking at in gridania I like it more, I'd rather be under trees by the bank of a river than on a beach
